Departures run from 1 March 2027. You can book any available date from then, and we would rather you booked early for spring and summer, which fill first.

Up to 4. The car is a five-seat model with air conditioning, so four guests plus Frazer is the ceiling. The day is private to your party whatever its size.

Within reason, yes. If you want longer somewhere, or there is a place you particularly want to see, message Frazer on WhatsApp at +44 7399 547880 before you book and he will tell you honestly whether it fits the day.

Frazer confirms your date, your pickup point and the timings directly, usually the same day and always within one working day.

The car and guide are charged once for the whole party, not per person. The only part that scales is the set lunch, at £30 for each guest. The complete total is shown before you book.

Yes. A set lunch for every guest is part of the price on all three days. On The Cotswolds Day Trip that is the Old Spot Inn in Dursley; on the other two it is a country pub on the route. Drinks and anything beyond the set menu are settled at the bar.

Only what you choose to buy: drinks, extra courses, or admission to an attraction you decide to go into. Nothing is owed to us.

Your hotel in Bath, or Bath Spa station. Tell us which when you book and we will confirm the meeting point and time with you beforehand.

Tell us when you book. We pass it to the pub in advance, which is why we ask for it at that point rather than on the day.

The day runs. The Cotswolds look their best in soft light and light rain, and every stop has somewhere to get inside. We only cancel for genuinely unsafe driving conditions, and then you get a full refund or another date.

Enough to see each place properly, on your own legs and at your own pace. The Cotswold Edge involves the most, with short walks at the viewpoints. Village streets in the Cotswolds include cobbles, slopes and uneven surfaces.

It is a standard five-seat car, not an adapted vehicle: no ramp, no lift, no step-free transfer. Folding wheelchairs and walking aids fit in the boot. If a standard car seat works for you, the day works.
